Hehe..it’s been another good end to a good day. I’m back at work tomorrow, off to Sidmouth, which is on the Devon coastline. I’ve accomplished what I wanted to get done while I was off work these few days. I went to the hospital to get my wrist sorted, as it’s been killing me for a few days now ๐Ÿ˜ฆ They told me that I had probably sprained it and was to keep it rested in a bandage. Fat chance of that happening with the job I do. I wanted to get myself a new tee shirt and a new pair of trainers, and I managed that. I wanted to fix my computer and download two songs, which I’ve done. One being Special D-Come With Me, and the other one being Boogie Pimps-Sunny. I downloaded an update for the computer, and that fixed my drive problem. Yay! ๐Ÿ™‚

Yesterday, I managed to wipe the comments system off my website by forgetting to put in a simple line of html. Duh… ๐Ÿ˜‰ I also took my family members off the links page and made them their very own page too. I bet you lot feel special now ๐Ÿ™‚ Lydia and Corrine, I need you to email me concerning your buttons. If you visit my family page, you’ll see what I mean ๐Ÿ™‚

Tomorrow I’m working with Tree…also known as Theresa. And it’s going to be great, as we get on really well and well just bounce off each other really. I never get bored or tired, because she’s always keeping my brain active. She lets me borrow her straighteners and her hair stuff and it’s great. I hope I’m sharing a room with her ๐Ÿ™‚

I found out about a website today from Mitu. It’s called Sweet Collect and basically you can get free sweets for signing up for stuff. For me to enable my registration, I need to refer 3 people to the site ๐Ÿ™‚ So if you can do this, you will get a link from my site to yours ๐Ÿ™‚

Oh my god. You should see the scene of my living room at the moment ๐Ÿ™‚ The people here are my mum, my dad, Steve, Gemma, my mum and dad’s friends Jude and Bernard and me at my computer ๐Ÿ™‚ We’re watching the Eurovision Song Contest and it’s funny ’cause we’re all shouting at the telly ’cause all the other countries are voting for one another. Me and Gemma reckon they’re bribing one another with wads of Euros under the table. We came about 13th in the competition. We enter the stuff that proves we are the best in Europe at the music business game, and the rest of Europe enter stuff that proves that they are crap….hehehe ๐Ÿ™‚ What do you think to the whole thing?

And onto the Saturday Seven:

  1. Who was the last person you called on the phone? Work, well Vickers actually. I had to find out the times for tomorrow ๐Ÿ™‚
  2. Who was the last person that called you? Steve. He wanted to know if Mum was home yet
  3. Who was the last person that you told you loved them? Richard…sob…
  4. Did you get up this morning by just waking up or by an alarm clock? Waking up after six hours sleep and deciding to get out and seize the day ๐Ÿ™‚
  5. Did you go to garage sales today? Nope, none round here
  6. When was the last time you bathed your dog? I don’t own a dog, I own a cat called Mercia ๐Ÿ™‚
  7. When was the last time you ate a hot dog? Last week, my brother was holding a BBQ at work

And one more question, this comes from Jenny…Would you travel for Krispy Kreme’s? I know I would…mmmmm ๐Ÿ™‚

Oh it’s been a fun day ๐Ÿ™‚ I went shopping earlier and I bought myself a new pair of trainers and a new t-shirt. The shirt is hilarious…it says “Scotty’s Bakery…Check My Buns at 110 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA”…hehe. And the trainers were new Airwalk ones. Black. I got them for ฃ20. How lucky is that? No, and they weren’t in a sale either. Every pair of Airwalk’s I’ve seen for sale before this have been at least ฃ70. Lucky, lucky, lucky. ๐Ÿ™‚

I feel like a fat pig today. I got a DVD from upstairs and eat a whole bag of micro popcorn, four large slices of pizza, 5 crackers and half a bottle of coke…oh and a cheese and onion pie too. It’s the three P’s…popcorn, pizza and pie…lol! ๐Ÿ™‚

I found these pics on the ‘Net. I’ve been chatting to Cole and he was telling me how JM had shaved his hair off because bleaching it for Buffy wrecked his hair. How weird does he look without his blonde locks? Tell me what you think. God, I can’t believe I’ve only just found out about this….humph! ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Oh and Cole has a new layout up. Go and see it! Fantastic as per usual!

Okay, onto Thursday’s Unconcious Mutterings

Grrr….argh…as the Mutant Enemy zombie would say. My computer is making me angry today. I’ve just been trying to put more file onto my computer, and then all of a sudden, it deleted all 675 music files from iTunes and wouldn’t recognise CDs. So I thought, “this is easily fixed, I’ll just shut down the computer and it’ll all be okay”. But hell no. It’s being a bitch, everything works okay, but the blasted computer won’t recognise anything I put in the CD-rom drive and I had to put all my file manually back into iTunes. So I can’t seem to fix it, so it might be a case that I’ll have to re-install Panther yet again. Give me back 10.2 Jaguar anyday. Poor Bertie isn’t friends with Panther at all ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

I’ve been bad recently. I have people to say “sorry” too:

  1. Lydia: I know you helped me with Blogger, and I didn’t give you enough credit. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou ๐Ÿ™‚
  2. Jenny: Stupid Blogger won’t let you put your name in for some weird reason. So yeah, until I fix it, it’s just anonomous ๐Ÿ˜ฆ
  3. Dave: I know I’m stressing you out, but hey if you were in my situation, immigration would stress you out too ๐Ÿ˜ฆ
  4. Lydia(again) and Corrine: I’m sorry the links don’t work properly to your sites, I’ll fix them A.S.A.P ๐Ÿ™‚

I think that’s it for now…now back to fixing my stupid computer ๐Ÿ˜ฆ Bye for now!

I’m so glad that I’ve got Blogger set up on here now, it takes so much hassle out of editing my blog. I was talking to Ali today, and I was seeing if she knew who I was. She used to be one of my affilites, and now she has put me back as one of her affilites, so it’s all cool now… ๐Ÿ™‚

I havn’t really done a lot today. I slept most of the afternoon through, after working the graveyard shift last night… ๐Ÿ˜ฆ So I got in at about 7am, sat on the computer for a bit and then as I found myself falling asleep in front of it, I dragged my arse off to bed at around 10am….slept till 5pm and then got up. Was woke up by brother and his soft toy monkey friend called Benji that he threw at my head (Benji wears a chef outfit, he’s from Bear Factory and was bought for him by Gemma a few Xmas’s ago…oh and if you didn’t know, my brother is a chef too). I then got out of bed, looked at myself in the mirror, gave myself a shock (as per usual) and decided to stay in pj’s for the rest of the day (I mean, it was already about 5.30pm!) I got downstairs, Steve went out to work, and then after that Mum and Gemma went out to their weekly bingo sesh, and then Dad announced that he was off on his monthly pub crawl with his friends down town. So I was left all alone.

I decided to get out the footspa as I turned on the computer. I then plonked myself down in front of the telly, complete with footspa, cheesy Doritos, dip, various remotes, mobile phones and house phone as I had no intention of moving ๐Ÿ˜€ I called in sequence Renee, Kurt and Cindy. Renee was looking forward to me arriving and marked down my arrival on the calendar; Kurt was his happy usual self and Cindy was also happy to hear from me too. We started to plan stuff and Kurt told me that Ita was going to be there for Project Q’s b.day bash, which will be cool, as she doesn’t work there any more ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I then watched two episodes of The Simpsons, and my weekly installment of Tru Calling. Oh my god, how much do I love that show? And now I’m here. And that’s my day. Boring really. And I have a bad cough too ๐Ÿ˜ฆ Grrr….

At the moment, I’m in the middle of converting my ENTIRE CD collection to my computer for my iPod I plan on buying in the next few days ๐Ÿ™‚ Yay!!!

Oh my god, why does he have to do this to me? I tried to contact Richard yesterday, to see if we could meet up again before I left for my three-month journey, and he’s given his phone and number to his best mate Mike. He also claims that he doesn’t have his new number, and now I’m at my wits end. I think I’m in love wiht Richard. But it’s obviously unrequited, because if he even gave half a stuff about me, then he would have given me his new number. Part of me wants to scream and throw stuff across the room, but i know what I’m going to do. I know his address, so I’m just going to send him a letter and explain why I’m going away. I thought we were still friends, I mean he wanted me to record the Darkness concert for him when I go to see them next month at Summerfest. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

On a more positive note, I’ve finally got Blogger to work on my site, so now i don’t think that I need to change sites after all. I have commenting on the site, and now I’m happy. Work today, so now I’m going to dash off and get dressed and pack up my stuff, as I won’t be posting again until Wed. Take care! ๐Ÿ˜€

Okay this isn’t going to be a very long blog at all…I went to see Van Helsing this evening with Gemma. It was fantastic, I loved every minute and was well worth my £5.60. Don’t let the crappy newpaper reviews tell you any better. And Kate Beckinsale looks hot throughout the movie, those trousers…mmmmm ๐Ÿ˜€
I think we’re going to the market in the morning, I’m going to buy a new suitcase for my 3 month trip to Milwaukee, WI. I’m really looking forward to seeing all my friends again ๐Ÿ™‚ I think Project Q are planning to hold a massive ‘Welcome Home’ party for me or something along those lines….ooh I feel so loved sometimes ๐Ÿ™‚ And on the topic of being loved, Cole the sweetheart,
made me a new layout for my site, so I’m going to put that up soon ๐Ÿ™‚ It’s a Tara based one…so I’m looking forward to seeng how it looks with all my content in it ๐Ÿ™‚ Yay! Oh, I love my friends ๐Ÿ™‚

And now onto the Saturday Seven

Hehe…I’ve just been watching an episode of Will and Grace on Channel 4 this morning. Even though I went to bed at about 3am this morning, I decided to drag my ass out of bed early so that I could get some decent computer work done. And when I sat down with my bowl of cereal this morning, I flicked on the telly.
And Will and Grace was on. And it was an episode I had never seen. Double bonus! Basically, it was about a car that Will had sold to a nun across town for $500 and they find out that it was Grace’s Uncle Jerry’s car that he owned just before he died. Then the nun says that they can’t have it back because she needs it to deliver cheesecakes.
The other part of the story was about Jack trying to find his real dad, turns out that he’s part black (lol!) and Karen almost losing her housekeeper Rosario to a short ugly guy who challenges her to a game of pool (don’t ask…) ๐Ÿ™‚

And now onto Thursday’s Unconcious Mutterings
